Then we dive into the races of the week: The Quad Cities Marathon, which spans two states, four cities, and one island. The trail race this week is the Cowboy 200 which starts in Norfolk Nebraska and runs west to end in Valentine Nebraska. This race has a goal of becoming Nebraska's first Western States Qualifier and needs 100 total finishers at next years race. This would make qualifying for this world famous race much more accessible for many Mid-Western runners! We hope you enjoy the show!
